Iñigo Sánchez del Campo joined the firm in 2004 and is currently a partner specialising in commercial and real estate law. A practising lawyer. He holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. He graduated in Economics at CES Villanueva and received a diploma in Administrative/Municipal Law at the Legal Practice School of the Complutense University of Madrid.
Throughout his career of over 10 years, Iñigo has always been connected to the business world, focusing his professional life on questions of commercial and company law, company contracts, shareholder and director relations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, family covenants, director responsibilities, corporate governance, and in diverse business sectors (renewable energies, gas, sanitation, transport, real estate, family businesses, etc.). He has taken part in the commissioning of many wind farms and in more than 200 solar park projects. Currently, Iñigo deals with daily and regular consultations for a large number of companies and in many cases is responsible for the operations of the secretariat adjoined to those companies’ boards of directors.
Likewise, in respect to land and real estate law, Iñigo has actively participated in the development of the firm’s Department of Real Estate Legal Management, which he co-manages. He is specialised in the daily consultation and legal defence of the rights and interests of the country’s property-holding companies (holding companies, investment funds, family offices, financial entities, etc.).
Iñigo was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Spain 2017 in the fields of Litigation.
